Solar Repeller With a Motion Sensor and Flashing LED
This solar stake repeller senses motion with an infrared sensor. When it detects movement, it gives off ultrasonic sound and a flashing LED. Push the stake into the ground in a sunny spot so the panel can charge.
A built in rechargeable battery stores the power from the solar panel. No batteries need to be installed, and no wiring is needed. The panel charges the battery during the day for use at other times.
The coverage is listed as up to 30 feet out from the front of the unit. The detection angle is 110 degrees across the horizontal plane in front. Together, those two numbers describe the area watched by the sensor.
The repeller body is made of ABS plastic and stands on a stake. One repeller is in the package, ready to push into soil. Plus, it can sit in a garden bed, a lawn or a flower border.
