Solar Motion Activated Animal Deterrent With Sound and Flashing Lights
The stray cats keep cutting through the flower beds at night. Fences and sprays only slow them down for a day. Set a solar powered deterrent by the garden and let it respond to movement.
This repeller has a motion sensor that triggers a two stage response. The first stage sends an infrared pulse when movement enters the sensing zone. The second stage adds high frequency ultrasonic sound with bright LED flashes.
The sensor covers 20 to 26 feet at a 110 degree angle. The sound output ranges from 25 to 61 kHz. A built in solar panel charges the internal rechargeable battery, so no wiring is needed.
The housing has an IPX4 water resistance rating for garden and patio use. It is portable and cordless, so placement takes no tools. Plus, the repeller is meant to discourage stray cats, dogs and other small animals.
